The
Ambassador of Hell 2001:
This
year’s Ambassador of Hell prize is awarded to two persons. They
have earned the award by promoting “Hell” in a highly positive
and favorable way internationally. No one can accuse these two
gentlemen of being tongue tied, but it’s through their music
that they have promoted Hell, and made this place known far across
the borders of Norway.
International
acknowledgement is fast steeping. Lately the two artists have been
performing at a number of festivals across Europe, alongside great
legends like BB King and Jeff Healey. Their previous CD release
was reviewed by the main blues magazine “Blues Revue”, and
recommended as a mandatory possession for all blues lovers
worldwide. Their future aspects are practically steeping from Hell
to Heaven.
They
originate from the central music milieu in Hell and Troendelag,
and now these two stout gentlemen have actually finished their
second CD that has earned them an international contract for a
worldwide release.
These
two well grown gentlemen are no other than Kjell Inge Brovoll and
Jan Erik Moe, alias Jolly Jumper & Big Moe!
